Garfield Parents, Picture Day is coming up on Tuesday, September 29th. You can order online at inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/50644ZE. Remote learners, please call the school at 421-3530 to schedule a time for your student to come into to take his/her picture.
Technology agreements went home yesterday with students. They need to be signed and $25 technology fee paid. Each Tuesday students will take home IPads for online homework. Please turn in fees and forms to Garfield office no later than Monday, September 21
School Health packets are coming home today and tomorrow! If you would like your child to receive a flu shot at school on September 28th, and/or Dental Services in October, please fill out the forms in the packet and return by September 18th.
If you do not wish to have these services, do not return the form.
Parents of Remote Learners. Please come to Garfield School no later than Friday, September 18th to sign your Remote Learning Assurances Document. Questions, please contact our office at 620-421-3530. You can also click on the link, https://5il.co/l2sx, to access the form.
Here is a digital copy of the Remote Assurance Page for parents of remote learners. This form can be downloaded, printed, signed and turned in to the school office. Paper copies are available at each school office if you prefer. The Remote Assurance Page is required for each remote learner, the weekly timesheet is no longer needed.

3rd graders with last names beginning with letters A-M come all day today and last names beginning with letters N-Z come all day tomorrow.

Tuesday September 8 and Wednesday September 9 second grade students and parents will come by appointment only. Please call our office Tuesday morning if you have not already done so at 421-3530 to make an appointment. For third grade students if last name starts with letters A through M those students will come to school Tuesday September 8. For third grade students with last name beginning with letters N through Z they will come Wednesday September 9.
