Today in math students played a place value game with Uno cards do help reinforce place value concepts of hundreds, tens, and ones.






Kiera earned a kids meal from Mrs.Waun this month because she was the first student to reach her monthly AR goal!

Garfield's Star Team of the Month includes these three very important people at Garfield!! Mr. Pontious is a great leader who is present and positive. Ms. Bonnie helps keep us all in line! We would be lost without her! Ms.Jenny is our school nurse! She is amazing with all of our kids! She is compassionate and kind!!

This turned out amazing. Each one of the students created their own unique puzzle piece the first week of school after we talked about how our classroom is its own community and family.
