Garfield is celebrating kindness in October. Mrs. Tierney's students showed kindness by making birthday cards for the birthday of a staff member's relative. They showed amazing kindness for someone they've never met.

Our class earned their kindness glasses today. They have been working hard to show kindness through words and actions. These students have been incredibly kind to each other and to students outside of our class. They encourage, support, and help each other every day.

Our class had 30 positive reports from their special teachers. We celebrated with lunch in the park.
